What interested you in the MES program?
I chose the MES program because I enjoy the interdisciplinary approach to learning, and I am excited to complete a sustainability-based thesis on a subject I have a strong personal connection to.
What aspects of the program do you enjoy? What did you hope to gain/are currently gaining from the program?
I am looking forward to immersing myself in an environment of enthusiastic scholars and having intellectually engaging conversations about topics I enjoy. During the program I hope to gain a strong understanding of what motivates people to take environmental actions and how various fields of research approach understanding environmentalism.
Future Aspirations (career, education, etc.)
Following the completion of the program, I want to work as part of an NGO to help influence environmental policy decisions.
