Why did you choose to study in the School of the Environment?
After enrolling in ENV221 as an elective, I found environmental studies to be both interesting and relevant to society today. It helped revive my passion for sustainability, and it is fulfilling finding ways to apply environmentalism in my other fields of study.
What is your favorite memory from your time with the School?
Professor Pond trying to make us laugh with jokes inserted into his lecture. Also, Professor Jakubiec joking in a recorded on zoom so not having any audience response, lol.
How have you been affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic? What are your thoughts about the future?
It was great not having to commute for my final year of study, but I missed all the in person events and ceremonies. I'm looking forward to the future, graduate school and joining the workforce, however I am feeling uncertain as well.
