Are you concerned about our collective planetary future? How is that affecting your emotional health? Join us for an ecological health and psychological resiliency symposium, featuring:

Dr. Britt Wray, author of Generation Dread, Director of CIRCLE at Stanford Psychiatry

Dr. Amy Mui, of The EcoHope Project at Dalhousie

Swelen Andari, CAMH Director Climate Resilience and Youth Mental Health 

Julius Lindsay, Director of Sustainable Communities at the David Suzuki Foundation.

The Integrated Sustainability Initiative of Trinity College and the School of the Environment is partnering with the Buddhism Psychology and Mental Health program to address pressing issues of climate anxietyecoanxietycritical hope and nature deficit. Experts in the field will discuss these topics with student environmental advocates. You will have the opportunity to participate in reimagining our collective future with a sustainability futurist. The afternoon will be preceded by an opening mindfulness practice and reflection on land and Indigenous perspectives, and close with opportunities for further discussion, networking and hands-on student-led activities.
